Repair or Replace? How to Decide
Some HVAC issues are universal. Others show up far more often in this part of North Carolina because of the climate, the age of the housing stock, and how homes around Lake Norman were built. These are the ones we’re called out for most.

NCDEQ Rebates for NC Homeowners
The NC Energy Saver program, administered by the NC Department of Environmental Quality, offers rebates to qualifying North Carolina homeowners making energy efficiency improvements. Two programs are available, HOMES and HEAR, each with its own eligibility requirements and covered improvement categories based on household income and the scope of work. Eligibility and rebate amounts are determined by the program administrator.
