James Wilson founded the company with over 20 years of experience in HVAC and home services. That background shaped how we operate: show up when we say we will, explain the problem clearly, give you a price before work begins, and don’t leave until the job is right.

EcoGreen Home Services focuses on energy auditing, program enrollment (including NCDEQ’s HOMES and HEAR rebate programs), and longer-term efficiency planning. EcoGreen Comfort Group handles the licensed contractor work that makes those plans real, and offers flexible financing options for homeowners who need help managing the cost.

What services does EcoGreen Comfort Group offer?
We cover HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, plus air sealing, insulation, crawl space encapsulation, and generator installation and maintenance. Most home comfort and efficiency needs can be handled without calling a second contractor.
What NCDEQ rebate programs do you work with?
We’re familiar with the HOMES and HEAR programs through NC Energy Saver. These programs offer income-based rebates on qualifying equipment and energy improvements. Eligibility and rebate amounts are determined by the program administrator, not EcoGreen. We can help you understand where our services fit in that process. We also have financing plans available!
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical emergencies across our service area.
Are your technicians licensed in all three trades?
Yes. EcoGreen Comfort Group holds active NC licenses in HVAC and plumbing, and our electrical work is performed by licensed electricians. All technicians operate under the appropriate licensing for their trade.
Do you work with specific equipment brands?
Yes. We’re a Trane Premier Dealer, Generac dealer, Tesla Certified installer, Rheem dealer, Bradford White preferred installer, and Navien dealer. If you have a preference for a specific brand, let us know and we can work around that.
